Its that time of year. We start looking forward to college football and students start looking forward to tailgating…and not studying apparently. College football experts rank the top teams and party animals rank the craziest schools. According to The Princeton Review, schools are ranked based on use of alcohol and drugs at their school, number of hours they study each day outside of class and the popularity of fraternities and sororities on their campus. (Lots of drugs and alcohol + minimal studying = party school status.)
