Wayyyyyy back when. Well, like, three years ago. I posted on my blog how Billy Corgan (er- ahem, William Patrick Corgan) said he’d totally collaborate with Miley Cyrus. I was waitin’ for it!! Now finally, three years later, he got it covered.
