In the wake of so many tributes to both Chris Cornell from Soundgarden and Chester Bennington from Linkin Park, I can honestly say this might be the most moving.
Chris Cornell’s 12-year-old daughter, Toni, took the Good Morning America stage on Friday morning, the same day that Linkin Park was scheduled, with the band One Republic to pay tribute to her father and Chester.
Toni and the guys from One Republic did a cover of Leonard Cohen’s song “Hallelujah,” which Chester had performed at Chris Cornell’s funeral in May.
