“Do as I say, not as I do.”
That is the attitude of most bad drivers that feel that they are the best drivers. For years, the AAA has conducted surveys with drivers to determine attitudes and behaviors when it comes to being behind the wheel. What they found was… most people only think they are better drivers than other people. Because when they focused in on actual habits, they found that most people do the same things that cause accidents and issues even though they feel they are better drivers.
So when you’re texting and driving and you get upset at the person who almost just ran you off the road because they were texting too… you are just as guilty, even though you FEEL you are driving better.
Apparently, you’re not only a terrible driver, but a hypocrite as well.
