Shake this, take that pill, count these calories, you get this many points,crunch this…sheesh. New exercise fads seem to pop up everyday. Well here’s one I think we all can get behind-tequila! That’s right, studies have shown that sugars found in tequila can help people with type 2 diabetes stabilize their glucose levels and help obese people loose weight. So stop fat shaming your friend and buy em a shot…and get one for yourself while your at it! (raises shot) TO HEALTH!
