If you can’t trust some random guy you meet on the street named “Tito” to be a billionaire, who can you trust?! That’s exactly what happened to Jeff Waters of Jacksonville,FL(crazy stuff happens in Florida?! I Know,right?!). Well, apparently Tito sold him a check for $100 and told him he could write any amount on it and it was good for it. Guess we’ll have to wait for another day till we see that 80 million square foot underwater restaurant. Oh yeah, and he(Jeff) was high on bath salts. See, your guidance counselor was right.
