Our friends from up the road, 65 North, in the BG, Cage The Elephant tweeted out that they were ready to start recording a new album! From the group’s official Twitter that the band have begun work on what will be their fourth studio album. The band tweeted out a bunch of recording equipment and instruments in the studio with the following caption: “Week 1 of writing for album #4 in the books!!!”.
In a recent article in Rolling Stone, U2’s The Edge had some great things to say about CTE . Dave said, “The band that I liked at Coachella (last year) was Cage the Elephant. Their commitment to the performance really blew so much of the other stuff away. They really did own it in a way that few other artists did.”
Can’t wait to hear what direction they’ll be going.
